The Model 43 ''Stielhandgranate'' was a hand grenade introduced by the German Army mid-way through World War II to replace its earlier Model 24 stick grenade. Production was simplfied and versatility enhanced by combining the explosive charge and fuse form a self-contained unit. Like its precursor, the Model 43 consisted of an explosive-filled sheet-metal can affixed to a solid wooden stick for throwing. With a combined explosive charge and fuse the grenade head could also be dismounted from its handle and used separately as a booby trap. It could also be modified into an anti-personnel fragmentation grenade by the addition of a ''Splitterring''. The Model 43 used the same BZE 39 fuse assembly as the egg-shaped Model 39 ''Eierhandgranate'', which was screwed into the top of the explosive charge. ==See also== * Model 24 grenade * Model 39 grenade 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Model 43 grenade」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
